Brandi Dickson litigates and advocates for her clients in all state and federal courts in Florida as well as before administrative bodies.  Brandi is Pennington's Labor and Employment practice Group Chair having defended employers and corporations in all manner of employment disputes including Title VII, whistleblower, Fair Labor Standards Act (wage & hour), Americans with Disabilities Act, Age Discrimination in Employment Act, civil rights, sex/gender discrimination, qui tam (False Claims Act), and workers' compensation immunity claims.

Brandi attended Stetson University where she earned her B.A. in English in 1993. In 2000, she graduated from the Florida State University College of Law, magna cum laude.  She has a AV Preeminent rating from Martindale-Hubbel's pier review rating system, which represents the highest level of professional excellence for ethical standards and legal ability.
