John is the National Sales Manager for Management Services International. John earned numerous awards including producer of the year, and numerous awards related to Life, Disability, Long Term Care and Health Insurance. He enjoys solving complex insurance and risk management problems that few insurance professionals would attempt to fix. John holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from South Dakota State University as well as insurance licenses for both Property & Casualty and Life & Health.

Jeremy is the President and Managing Partner of Management Services International. He is a graduate of Western Illinois University, having obtained a Bachelor of Business degree with a major in Finance. Jeremy is a licensed CPA and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and the North Carolina Association of Certified Public Accountants. Furthermore, he has been in the captive industry for over 10 years and is a member of the Captive Insurance Companies Association and the North Carolina Captive Insurance Association. He frequently works with the North Carolina Department of Insurance Commissioner as well as U.S. Congress and Senators in Washington D.C. on regulatory and compliance issues. In addition, he served as Former Chairman for the North Carolina Captive Insurance Association. Jeremy has authored articles for Round the Table for the Million Dollar Round Table, Captive.com, Captive Review, Captive Insurance Times, Captive International and other publications. He is a sought-after speaker for professional groups, such as: CPAs, lawyers and financial advisors, on how a captive structure works and could be a great benefit to their clients.
